Custom and personalized orders

For custom or personalized items, please send me a message in detail of what you are looking for.

What is your turn around time?

Our turn around time for orders is 7-10 business days depending on the number of orders we have and the size of your order. For custom orders, our turn around time is 10 business days.

Do you accept returns, refunds, or cancellations?

Due to our products being custom made and personalized to your liking, we cannot accept returns. If there is a mistake, please contact us. Unfortunately, if your order has already been started, we cannot offer refunds or cancellations.

What happens if my package is lost or misplaced during transfer?

Please make sure to contact your local post office for any missing, lost, or misplaced packages. You can also file a missing mail claim using your tracking number by visiting USPS website. Unfortunately, we do not send replacements for missing, lost, or misplaced items if the tracking information shows that your order was delivered.

What if my order was done wrong?

If a mistake was made on your order, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be more than happy to correct the issue.

What if my order was damaged during transfer?

Unfortunately, if your order was lost or damaged during transfer, we cannot replace your order as we are not responsible for how the post office handles the packages.

What if my order has imperfections?

Please, remember that all of our items are HANDMADE, and as with all handmade items, slight imperfections may exist. If you are unhappy with your order or your order was damaged in transit, please contact us.

Can I make any changes to my order?

Unfortunately, if your order has already been started, we can no longer make any changes.
